A few weeks ago, the African Union put out a call for the next batch of African Union Youth Volunteers Corps (AU — YVC). The scheme, which started in Nigeria in 2010, gives an opportunity for African youth professionals to volunteer their time and apply their skill set in a number of organizations across the continent.
