The Communities of Practice initiative aims to strengthen the collective power, knowledge, and influence of African feminist movements in shaping digital governance, data systems, and emerging technologies. Across the continent, decisions about digital infrastructure, artificial intelligence, data governance, and platform regulation are increasingly shaping everyday life. Yet, feminist voices and experiences remain underrepresented in these spaces.
